Gaining familiarity with a country, making friends and gaining work experience in a country bring about greater changes than a simple trip could ever accomplish. Qualification program for vocational school teachers
Even outside our comprehensive model projects for vocational training, we give vocational school teachers from Russia and Ukraine opportunities for professional and continuing education. A four-week short program with work shadowing, excursions and practical exercises geared to the specific needs of each teacher can provide a key impetus for pedagogical work at home.
Skills development for construction craftsmen
Within the framework of partner city programs, we give groups of young craftsmen from Russia and Ukraine with business startup prospects a three-month qualifying stay that comprises continuing education as well as an internship that runs for several weeks. A supporting program and personal mentoring round out the experience.
